The mission

After internal training on our product and system range, our concept, culture and company strategy, you will be driven to manage our After Sales Services department for Belgium.

In close coordination with the other departments at CE+T, you are actively involved in achieving the results and customer satisfaction objectives of the entire company.

Thanks to the efficiency of the customer service, you strengthen the positive perception of the brand,

You globally manage the Services department including installation and after-sales services teams, as well as the operational management of the entity. 

You organize the management of client files and the application of the quality and security standards applicable to your business. In that prospective, you are looking to optimize any support tools dedicated to the customer relationship: quality of interfaces and hardware (computers, audio equipment, messaging ...).

In connection with the relevant account manager, you are permanently looking to sustain a good relationship with the customer representatives.

You participate to the business development strategy through service activities.

You provide feedbacks to the design and industrialization teams in order to improve the adequacy to the requests of the customers as well as the generic maintainability of the company systems.

In that function, you report directly to the Production Director with a functional link with the Sales Director

Your profile

You hold a degree in technical higher education or management (ideally engineering level) and / or you can justify a decade of experience in service and after-sales functions.

You are familiar with electro-technical products and you have the ability to quickly learn the peculiarities of our systems.

Contact person, responsible, flexible, autonomous, problem solver, you drive the department in the logic of satisfying the customers, optimizing the efficiency of your organization and maintaining a high motivation within your team.

This position requires intense use of the phone and office computerized technologies. In some cases, you may have to follow important or disgruntled customers and move around Belgium. You may also be required to participate in commercial operations (eg trade shows).

You are fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
