Training

Training at customer site or

Training over a three day period for 6-8 people, covering :
  • General system knowledge
  • Installation and commissioning
  • Handling and maintenance
  • Trouble-shooting
Training material is provided on USB stick, when seminar starts.
Additional training Additional training is available upon request.

 

Repairs

Warranty swap
(free of charge)
Free replacement covers modules that are less than 6 months from date of installation and not older than 18 months from date of manufacture.
Return repair Module is repaired and returned within 15 days of its arrival at our factory. If the module is out of warranty, an additional warranty period of 6 months is applied.
Swap repair out of warranty A replacement module is temporarily installed at the customer’s site while their module is being repaired.
The module must be shipped to the factory within one day of the date of the swap with transport costs to be covered by the customer.
If the customer’s original module is not shipped to the factory within 3 weeks, the customer will be charged for the replacement module at list price.
Extended warranty Warranty may be extended for an additional year. Coverage: inverter, controller, TCP IP interface, displays and sub-rack.
