About the role

As a Debug/Repair Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing faulty units. You’ll collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to reduce recurring issues and continuously improve product performance. Your hands-on skills and technical mindset will directly impact the quality delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Rework and debug in-process and RMA failure units
• Test PCBA boards and complete units for proper functionality
• Monitor and replenish debugging parts inventory based on failure trends
• Maintain and update failure data for analysis and corrective actions
• Collaborate with Quality and R&D teams to prevent recurring supplier-related issues
• Set up and operate equipment as per specifications and supervisor guidance
• Follow ESD, 5S, and safety procedures at all times
• Guide assembly technicians on errors found during rework and debugging

Your profile

• 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (UPS/Inverter preferred)
• Diploma or degree in Electrical and Electronics (DEE/BE)
• Strong debugging and soldering skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use small tools with precision
• Familiar with PCBA testing and component handling
• Basic computer skills and effective communication
• Quality-focused, hands-on, and detail-oriented
