Project Manager Mission
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete execution of installation or maintenance projects, from contract signature to invoicing.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Drive operational execution: you supervise all phases of the project (preparation, installation, commissioning, acceptance), ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare and scope projects: you develop execution plans, estimate budgets, select the necessary equipment, and anticipate operational, logistical, or human risks.
- Plan and coordinate resources: you build detailed schedules, coordinate internal teams (installation technicians, after‑sales service) as well as subcontractors when needed, while managing unforeseen events.
- Ensure customer communication: you act as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project, providing progress updates, managing changes (addenda, technical adjustments), and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage administrative and financial aspects: you monitor project budgets, prepare contractual documents, coordinate internal validations (purchase orders, invoicing, project closure).
- Understand needs and analyze customer requests: in collaboration with sales and technical teams, you interpret technical specifications, organize site visits, and contribute to feasibility assessments.
- Document and capitalize: you ensure traceability for each project (technical documents, acceptance reports, customer feedback), contribute to weekly reporting, and support continuous improvement of tools and methods.
- Act as a link between departments: you serve as the natural bridge between customer service, technical teams, administration, purchasing, and management, ensuring smooth communication and effective cross‑department coordination.
