Role Overview
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in the integration, assembly, and testing of our cutting-edge power electronics solutions. You will work hands-on with components, tools, and test equipment to deliver reliable and high-quality products. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about electronics manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate components into sub-assemblies and final products following procedures and schematics.
- Perform product testing as per defined test procedures.
- Use hand tools, machines, and measuring instruments to assemble and verify quality.
- Carry out periodic maintenance of tools as per established procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Assist with inventory management to ensure availability of parts and materials.
- Record production data, document issues, and report on output.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics (or related field)
- Experience of 3 years with a Diploma or 2 years with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical test equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
